After 13 years of experience preparing Japanese cuisine, Chef Moe decided to start his own venture, inspiring the birth of Marumo.
We started this humble dining venture in 2011 to showcase a variety of dishes which are Japanese-influenced, both traditional yet with a modern twist. This is done through a 7-course Omakase (Chef’s Selection) menu, which is designed with the freshest produce available throughout the season. Our vision is to provide quality tasting menus with an element of surprise, as an expression of our own love for good food.
Our Omakase sessions can commence from 7pm onwards, with each seating lasting at least 3 hours. Marumo is BYO, so bring along your preferred drop to accompany our food.
