Reservation

Our Reservation Policy:

Our restaurant is open for dinner, Tuesday through Saturday from 7pm to 10:30pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Please note that bookings are first-come, first-served basis and we only accept online reservations. We are not able to respond to any bookings via phone, sms, or voice message due to the high volume of requests.

We would also like to advise that multiple reservations within the month made by the same person will only have the first 2 reservation dates considered. Based on past experience, this is to ensure that everyone gets a fair go at securing a booking. Should you have any enquiries regarding this, please email: info@marumo.com.au with your best contact number and we will be in touch within 48 hours.

We only have set menu and dinner usually takes about three hours. If you have any dietary requirements, please mention prior to your reservation.

Please note that all the bookings must be re-confirmed by management. We will endeavour to contact you about a week prior to your booking, however should you not hear from us by 48 hours prior to the date, please contact us to confirm your reservation.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the bookings. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
We will try our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation but please be aware that we can only guarantee your booking if the amount of people, time and date of the table remain the same.

Marumo reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
